Shipping policy

Please read the details below for information on our shipping process.

Processing & Dispatch Times

- All orders are processed within up to 4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time your order is placed. - You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

- We currently ship domestically only, from our base in Lennox Head, New South Wales. - Standard delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch. - Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

- Orders are shipped via standard domestic carriers. - While we take care to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not required to provide tracking details for every order. Some shipments may include tracking at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

- Standard shipping is currently free for all orders; however, Soft Paw Society reserves the right to change this from time to time. Express postage is currently charged at a fixed rate, which may change from time to time. 

Delivery Issues

- Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. - If your order is delayed or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@softpawsociety.com.au and we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
